I'm pretty sure that's totally real, yeah. But they're not getting paid money to put their arms into the lion and donate food... they're paying money to do it. A bit backwards, it seems. Interesting. Still, cool.

Someday girl, I don’t know when, were gonna get to that place
Where we really want to go, and well walk in the sun
But till then tramps like us, baby we were born to run

I know that double posting is normally quite frowned upon in most forums, but this one's pretty small and I caught the early update so I have to comment on this.
I like this comic alot. It's so cool to see Naim completely understand the situation (And have *gasp* dialouge) and Kelsi still try to deny it completely. Great writing and drawing for this. Congrats to both of you, Jena-chan and Betsy-sama.

Re: Elevator Ride

aww man, I get eaten by lawschool for a week or two and I miss awesometastic comments in the forum! *wibbles*

I have to say that (joys of scenes that happen in elevators aside) I was really excited to draw this arc once Betsy-sama explained it to me (and, y'know, once it was scripted), because it really was a fun (if unusual) place to take Naim. His EYES are actually OPEN for like 3 pages! It felt strange to do. Heh. (and I love Kelsi's response as well--makes me stare at my author with worshipful eyes).

In conclusion... I am so ridiculously sorry it took me so long to see and respond to this... but weeeh thanks!

Firstly. What's a "Wibble"?

It is a very cool arc, indeed. Very necessary, too, for us people that like to have some closure and understanding. *nods head* And it is very cool to see Naim do this kind of stuff, indeed.
That's cool. You're welcome.

*stares at own typing in utter incomprehension* I... have no idea what a wibble is. I'm not even sure if that's what I meant to type, or if it was inserted by my sleep-deprived brain. Ummm, I think it was meant to be a verb? Like "*cries*" or "*pouts*", just based on the context I typed it in but... damn, I've no idea.

Dear god, what is wrong with my brain?

I got that it was a verb, but I can't figure out what it would be. Apparently you don't either. Hm. Ineteresting.

By the way, sleep is good for you.

It is, at that. I should really get back on that, no?

I'd suggest it, yes. I've heard it does wonders for having coherent thought.

I quite enjoy sleep deprivation, it makes everything seem very funny, like the fact that my dads PC, which he's had for several years, has a USB port in the front that I found today when I have complained about the lack of such

Well, it does make things funny, but it also makes it difficult to comprehend things...
